YOGA RETREAT PACKING LIST:

  • Passport (check that it will be valid)

  • VISA ON ARRIVAL: depending on your country of origin, the visa on arrival is a great option. check with your local embassy or online at https://www.bali.com/visa-indonesia-entry-requirements-bali.html

  • Yoga mat (some retreat centers provide them, often they aren’t in great condition)

  • Any props that you typically use

  • Yoga & exercise clothing- (multiple pairs)

  • Swimsuit (multiple pairs)

  • Casual Clothing (layers)

  • Journal and Pen

  • Self Massage Balls

  • Tea and tinctures (esp. for airplane)

  • A good book or two

  • Rain jacket & Plastic bags for packing

  • Snacks – Bring anything you know you’ll want to be snacking on so that if the food doesn’t sit well with you you’ll have some back up.

  • Always good to have some granola bars etc.

  • Imodium ad or similar for upset stomachs

  • Water bottle to refill

  • Sunscreen & Bug repellent

  • Moisturizer/ Aloe / Coconut Oil

  • Flashlight or headlamp and extra batteries

  • Camera & Chargers

  • Converter or adapter if needed

  • Alarm Clock

  • Quick dry towel

  • Small day pack

  • Hat/Cover up

  • Hair ties/ Hair dryer if needed

  • Toiletries (bring soap/shampoo etc.)

  • Credit Card, Debit Card, (check foreign transaction fees – Capital One usually is good)

  • Cash for gratuities, purchases, optional excursions and treatments.

+ Purchase Travel Insurance
+ Contact your local health clinic or visit the CDC website for any vaccines to get for each country you travel to!
